    A chicken salad recipe is always a favorite at a picnic, a barbecue, or an office potluck,It’s really good and refreshing,

    From a few ingredients you can make a cold, creamy salad or filling for a homemade chicken salad sandwich or wrap!

    Serve Chicken Salad with a side of Italian pasta salad and crunchy grilled corn on the cob!

    Note :you can use leftovers from last night’s dinner or leftover rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken.

    Chicken Salad recipe


    3/4 pound(s) cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s), cut into bite-sized pieces
    1/2 cup(s) uncooked celery, finely diced
    1/4 cup(s) light mayonnaise
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/3 cup(s) unsweetened dill pickle(s), or sweet gherkins, finely diced
    2 Tbsp reduced-fat sour cream
    2 Tbsp fresh parsley, fresh, chopped
    1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground


    1- Place all ingredients in a large bowl; mix until blended. 

    you can serve this chicken salad with crackers or on lettuce.
